Victoria Tran Sood is a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Victoria has extensive mediation and litigation experience in representing clients with complex contested probate, trust, conservatorship, and guardianship matters in probate and appellate courts throughout California. Diem Thinh T. Pham is an active member of State Bar of California, Trusts & Estates Section. In addition to her juris doctorate degree, Diem also holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Chapman Law School where she graduated with high honors. She also serves as court appointed attorney for Santa Clara County probate court to represent and protect (proposed) conservatees in conservatorship matters. When not practicing law, Diem enjoys spending time with her family and creating modern fusion cuisine using fresh seasonal ingredients from her home garden.
Janeth Alicia Torrisi is a native of Panama where she attended the National University of Panama, School of Economics. Janeth is fluent in English and Spanish. She began her legal career in 1991 and has earned her Paralegal Certificate at the University of California, Santa Cruz Extension. She is an active member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and serves as chair of the Ways and Means Committee for the Santa Clara County Legal Professionals Association. She also serves on the Board of the Ladies Auxiliary, Bishop O’Dowd Council, for the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic organization with various community outreach programs.
